SAMedical® medical copper tubes - A simple order

GCE Norden delivers SAMedical® copper pipes in dimensions from 8 to 108 mm, stocked in lengths of 2.5 and 5.0 meters. The pipes are manufactured according to standard SS-EN 13348, of hardness R290 and purity according to SIS HB 370 Safety standard for medical gas plants. Both tubes and capillary tube parts are CE marked according to MDD 93/42 / EEC.

The most common dimensions for SAMedical® medical copper tubes, from 10 to 54 mm, are now easily listed with article numbers here on our website for easy ordering. Here pipes are listed in the most common standards, but we offer more dimensions as well as a very wide range of associated pipe parts. All pipes and fittings are in stock for fast delivery directly to the construction site. The pipes are delivered in lengths of 2.5 and 5.0 meters, but shorter pipes in 2.5 meters always mean lower transport costs.

Benefits of SAMedical® copper pipes:

  • A significantly shorter installation time when the pipes can be cold-bent. Dimensions up to 22 mm can be cold-bent with hand tools and 28-35 mm need an electric bending tool.
  • No time-consuming work with cutting and jointing with angles and bends that have to be soldered.
  • A total saving in both time and costs for purchasing capillary tubes.

Standard, standard and certificate

SAMedical® pipes are manufactured according to standard SS-EN 13348. They are of hardness R290 and purity according to SIS HB 370 Safety standard for medical gas plants, which means that the remaining amount of hydrocarbon contaminants does not exceed 2.5 mg / m2 on the interior surface. Both tubes and capillary tube parts are CE marked according to MDD 93/42 / EEC. The capillary tube parts are supplied with protective packaging and label marked with degreasing data, order number, part number, standard, dimension and a unique traceable certificate number.
